What financial assistance exists to assist adult children to pay the expenses of their senior parents?

    None.  If you choose to pay your parents' expenses, then that's on you.  There are programs such as Medicare and Social Security to help contribute to their expenses, but it certainly isn't always enough.  They may be eligible for food stamps and other such welfare programs. There are no programs to make up the difference though.

    A better paying job. Move your parents into your house (or vice versa).

    what country do the senior parents live in?  in first world countries, the elders are eligible for the usual welfare programs.  in most second and third world countries, your family is on its own.

    How could we tell you? That kind of thing varies from place to place, and you didn't say where. It also depends on why the parents can't pay their own expenses, and you didn't tell us that either. It's actually the parents who need the financial aid.
