Is it okay to sleep only 3-4 hours a night?
Usually I get 6-7 hours of sleep a night but sometimes I'll only sleep about 3-4 hours because either I have anxiety, my bladder wakes me up, etc . I don't really feel tired and this only happens like once a week or so.

you may get away with it for a while, but the loss of proper sleep will take its' toll on the body....

It’s not good for you. Have you tried meditation? Or dumping all your anxious thoughts into a journal before bed?

Sure, no problem, as long as you get 6-7 hours most of the time. 👍
