Royal family women wearing skirts above knees?
Are the women of the British royal family allowed to wear skirts and dresses that go above their knees? It wouldn't be very Christian of them to wear a skirt that's above their knees

The Duchess of Cambridge got something of a reputation
for wearing her skirts above her ears on occasion.

I'm already sickened that royal fashion wasn't frozen in 1910.

Take a look at some of the pictures of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (William's wife and someday Queen Consort). She wears skirts above the knee. So did Diana, Princess of Wales.

In the 70s/80s, Princess Anne wore really short mini skirts, which was frowned upon by the Queen mother, but Anne had the legs and figure to carry it off and looked gorgeous, she still has great legs and figure so could still wear them now. and i'm not going to complain.

The Queen has never worn a hemline that falls above her knees. She is the arbiter of women’s fashion rules for her subjects.

The men do too, they're called kilts.

Yes, royal women wear skirts above their knees.
Being a Christian has nothing to do with wearing short skirts. I attended and graduated from private, Catholic schools and we followed fashions of the times--mini skirts were the fashion and we wore skirts above the knees, but we did not wear things too short.
Royal women follow fashion edicts of the times. They may not follow the edicts slavishly, but they can and do wear short skirts. What they are careful about, is not going too short, not being too trendy. And the most fashionable and chic women tend to choose a length of skirt--just above the knee, and stick to that length no matter what.

Christian women have been wearing skirts and dresses above the knee for over 80 years now. And yes British princesses and queens can wear skirts of that length. The Queen herself as a sub adjunct wore her dress uniform skirt above the knee

Most well-bred woman don't wear their skirts that far above their knees - just below the knees used to be best practice but in general, such things are not so strictly observed now.

Of course they can, there is no rule or law saying how short their skirts can be.

Degeneracy is making its way to all facets of society, unfortunately.
