    Anonymous troll is still anonymous.

Russia is a civilized country, even though they presently have some wanna-be dictator at their head (just like the USA).

For almost all of eternity, Russia (and the Soviet Union) have been ahead of the USA in space exploration. This has not changed, despite the oh-so-obvious attempt by the head of NASA to make the latest launch all about US superiority in space (it was not).

The ISS is international, including Europe, Russia and the USA.  It presently satisfies the needs of all parties. So why the troll question?

Why would Russia do that? Over half of the Oasis Russia's module. The escape Soyuz ships are docked on their side. Why would Russia blow up an investment like that. Space is the one area where the USA and Russia are cooperating.

"Up" is the direction away from the surface of a celestial body.even if there is no solid surface That fact is not going to chang whether the ISS exists of not.
