Why do I still receive occasional student loan offers in the mail when I graduated college 2 years ago?

    The people who control the education system tend to view the general public as easy targets to steal money from. Don't take it personally, they probably had issues with their database.

    There is scant reason for them to clean up their mailing lists.  Bulk mail costs them very little.
