    No. Our cerebral cortex, the front parf of our brain, allows us to make rational decisions and override our reptilian brain. Sometimes, however, our reptilian brain, the inner part, will take control of us. Scientists have found that corporate CEOs often act more out of anger than what is best for their businesses. They are acting according to their reptilian brains.
