What did the Queen mean when she said elderly bandits on the Isle of Man should wear masks?

    I should imagine it would all depend on what type of bandit they are dealing with. If you are saying that bandits, holding up a bank, for example, should wear masks, it would, I think, only encourage them in their criminality but, if it's another type of...Oh, I see what you mean, THAT type! Yes, the Hannibal Lecter type of mask preferably.

    It means that you are a troll, and none of this is true, Because the Queen has no authority to say, as to what people wear, on the Isle of Man or anywhere else.
