What is the Noetic science of PSI?

Psychic phenomena!

Do you believe in this latest science of - what lies beyond the state of consciousness?

This includes the science of instinct and all related science of the unknown, including the paranormal and extraterrestrial subjects.

Anything is possible if you truly believe!  I do!!!  :D

The late Dr. Edgar Mitchell (Apollo Astronaut, PHD in physics MIT) hypothesized that quantum holograms could explain psi phenomena. There is information available online if you would like to decide for yourself if he was on to something...

You lost me at psychic phenomena.  There is no science supporting this.  And paranormal phenomena, by definition, cannot be science.

These are just Theories and speculations used by people to EXPLAIN events and phenomena that our current Science CANNOT explain YET.  Nature is bad enough, but when it applies to the mind and possible interactions with MATTER, we are even MORE in the DARK.----for now.    As "Ghosts" are used by the superstitious to fill gaps and "explain" unknown events that happen in nature, This PSI stuff  like TK, Telepathy, etc. is dreamed up to "explain" unknown events that happen in conjunction with out minds.------HUMANS have a particular nature that they are VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with GAPS in their knowledge.  But since we do not understand EVERYTHING yet, we will go so far as to INVENT things to fill the gaps should we encounter them.----"Ghosts", "Spirits" and "Magic powers" are popular "Gap fillers" to explain unknown events.-------Scientists are SPECIAL people because they CAN live with "gaps" in their knowledge, and are DRIVEN to investigate them---its what us Scientists do.-------- Of course, out of Ignorance and Laziness, SOME Scientists simply ignore anomalies, as currently unknown phenomena is rare enough today to to often get away with it. We are often given the nonsense, "since the explanations and gap fillers are mythical, so are the phenomena that inspired them in the first place" That is a very SILLY attitude to take, and you have to be stupid to buy into it.---A real Scientist sees UNKNOWNS as opportunities for DISCOVERY.---Those who do not are not "Scientists".

The human mind is able to practice many things. The knowledge about it is covered, hidden and mostly lost like esoteric - which means the knowledge of initiates.

The brainwashing media program people not to believe that your mind is able to practice out of the line and that is why they feel secure to stay in their monkey-like brain condition satisfied with beer, football and sun newspaper couch potatoe life.
