There are two main life potentials after doing something really bad:

    1) You accelerate in your personal growth

    Or

    2) You degrade even lower than you were before

Most companies today have 'exit' paperwork that you need to fill out. They can send this to you in many formats. Tell them a story. I know employees that tell HR their mother died and do it over and over. You'll still be classified as a voluntary quit.

I would never list them on a resume.

No letter of recommendation, probably not getting a positive reference either should a

prospective employer call to make sure you did indeed work there / when / doing what.

You could leave that job off your resume but then how will u explain a gap in employment?

The short term problem is that you might have a hard time getting your last paycheck.  But mainly it is that you will have to apply for other jobs, and when those people call your last job, they will say "He was horrible, plus he just left without saying anything".  Who will want to hire someone like that?  Also, if you have a habit of working somewhere for just a few months, and then leaving because you hate it, that will look bad too.

If you do that to a current employer,  the next employer  will assume you will do it to them.  Good luck finding the next job.  Do it right.  Two week notice fully filled out.

You can’t use it as a reference

When new jobs do a background check, a real background check, it will show up regardless

You can’t be rehired with them or related companies their in partnership with. For example, if you work at tj maxx then stop showing up, you probably won’t get hired with marshals or home goods because it’s the same company
