Why do some younger coworkers (under 35) act superior & even bully older workers 45 plus?
Of their level, or maybe the younger is a boss.
What’s an older non boss worker to do?
How do they react to avoid conflict?
Remembering they enjoy their job and need to work

The individual will decide how much the behavior is impacting on their wellbeing. Important to remember, people who bully are usually being bullied/have been bullied in another area of their lives, and this is their way of taking back control. Ultimately, the individual decides whether to speak with their Manager and/or HR Department, and put their focus onto their own productivity and seek out colleagues who can offer up support and encouragement.
