Switch to OMAD (one meal a day). $100 / 30 days = $3.33/day. That's tough, but doable. Go to Costco and buy a 25-pound bag of rice for $21.99. 24-pack of Cup of Noodles for $7.29. Etc.

In fact, we eat all kinds of food. I make pasta some nights, other nights we do tacos, we eat very well and the general population of America does not seem to understand the fact that we do not need to all live off of pop-tarts.

It depends. If you cook at home and do a rice and beans kind of diet, it’s definitely do-able.

I guess if you are planning to buy all canned goods then yeah.

That's $25 a week. Considering you need the weekly basics like milk, cereal, Bread, butter, some form of hot food, meat, vegetables and fruit - it's probably not enough. You need at least $50 per week - $200 per month.

Plenty if you know how to shop and cook.

    Eliminate prepackaged, convenience foods.

Shop the close out sections of the store.

I don't think so unless you eat mainly ramen noodles and rice.

Yes I agree, times are tough and getting tougher unfortunately.
