Could be any number of the answers above me. However, I think that some conservatives might hate him because he is a New Yorker that has supported and been involved with politicians on both sides of the aisle. I was once reading the names of some of the politicians he has donated money too and it was mind boggling. I'm no political scientist, but, as far as I know, there is social conservatism and fiscal conservatism. As far as the "social conservative" wing of American society is concerned, I think that they might not like him because the media portrays him as being a womanizer. I think that fiscal conservatives might not like him because a) his Dad made his fortune building low income (a stereotypical left wing backer), and the fact that he has associated with and donated to left wing politicians. There are much broader reasons why people like, are impartial too, or dislike Donald Trump. I'm not educated enough to say but those are some core general reasons in my opinion.
