How do you solve for differentiability and continuity?

For example, in the problem f(x)= (x-2)(x+3)^2 [-3,2] is it differentaible at (-3,2) and continuous at [-3,2]?

Since we can plug in any value into the function and there will exist an answer, it is continuous. Since that is also the case for the derivative, it is also differentiable.
