Not once would I ever thought Id be so used to seeing this womans face. For a whole week, I was being sent to her office. Those negative complaints she constantly received has manipulated her into writing me up plus a pink sticky note with an unfamiliar name and a phone number under it. I was distracted by the changes that were being made at this school. It was depressing as it caused more chaos in the kitchen. Now there were more excessive meetings, yelling and screaming over the most pettiness things. These were things Ive dealt with in such an hostile female dominated area. Had I known things were going to be this way back in the summer of 2008 when I applied, I probably would have reconsidered. I was a big, teenage looking 24 year old guy who didn't really know what he wanted to do in his life. I had just quit my position as a stockboy at Morgans Retail Store stocking women's shoes. I got tired of working mininum wage and needed something valuable.......

  • Yes or no...you agree with this statement that I made about men in female working environments?

The benefits of being the only male employee was that I had the opportunity to be the insider and see what the male dominated society doesn't know or what the mainstream media is not aware of. By me being male, I often had to beat the odds alone and face adversity from the most protected gender. Now that im back to where I was before, much... show more

I needed a sense of brotherhood, someone who could understand me a little more. Its always good for a man in that type of situation to have another man he can talk to when he's feeling down because there's things that he could not always talk to with the other women without them gossiping about it with each other. I think men in general need to be more kind hearted and relatable to each other when they are in need of comfort. I feel men try too hard to not show their feelings when they are in pain because they fear ridicule. If more men were like "Hey I know how you feel. I been through that too, let's talk about it" things will be a lot better.

  • Yes or no..this is deep and interesting (about unexpected things that happens in life )?

Whenever an incident occurs, I usually think about the moment before it happened. When I've gotten in a car accident, I find myself thinking about how that day was hours before the accident. The fact that I got out of bed, went to work, the conversations, the interactions I've had with others, not knowing that day could have been my last day here. So personally I find it even more saddening to think about how things were before tragedy happened because none of us knew it was going to happen. When I watch live performances of young artists who are no longer here. They were on the way to the top as everyone in that audience were chanting and cheering for them, believing that they will have a long career and long life. No one in that audience would have ever thought those young artists would leave so soon. In some way, we get a glimpse of how God sees the world. We watch something from the past and already knew what happened after the footage. As of right now, God is watching us and already know what is going to happen in our lives but we don't know yet.

  • Yes or no...you agree with this message about God and life?

All the mistreatment that I received from other people, I had no control over that. When karma struck back at them, I had no control over that either. God has my back and even though he put a stop to it, He did allow it to happen. He must've wanted me to get something out of it as well.
