Just watched the British Grand Prix . Beforehand we had twenty guys , average earnings about £10m telling us about equality, followed by the national anthem praising the richest most privileged woman in the world ( well after Kim Kardashian).
Could they not see the irony?

So I get it “blacking up” is offensive although it’s taking things too far when white people cannot voice black cartoon characters .
Where do we stand on British BAME actors putting on foreign accents?
Two examples, Sanjeev Kohli in Still Game. Sanjeev plays Navid an Indian shop keeper (let the stereotyping go for now), complete with heavy Indian accent. His normal voice has a Glaswegian accent. I’d this OK?Second example , Lorna Laidlaw playing Mrs Tembe from Botswana in Doctors. From the way she eebagums it in Corrie, I don’t think that’s her real accent?Soap Operas3 weeks ago

Anyone want to join my No Lives Matter movement?
Given the BLM protests , the morons packing beaches and parks , the Brixton “music festival” and now Liverpool fans celebrating, it’s obvious an extremely large number of people don’t give a sh1t if they get or spread Covid 19, and it’s obvious a second wave is coming, so do any lives matter?3 AnswersCivic Participation1 month ago
Please could only black people answer this ( if that’s not being racist).

Do they not realise most white people’s ancestors probably worked in terrible conditions in dangerous factories and led life’s as miserable as the slaves.
Don’t say, but they were free, they couldn’t leave. It was the job or starve.7 AnswersPolitics1 month ago
A plane flew over Man City football ground tonight towing a banner saying “White Lives Matter”.
This was greeted with outrage by the TV people with players saying how upset they were.
How is saying white lives matter offensive but black lives matter is such a wonderful thing it has become compulsory to join in?7 AnswersPolitics1 month ago
If the UK is so racist, how come some ethnic minorities, notably Indians and Chinese, succeed?2 AnswersOther - Cultures & Groups2 months ago
Ok so I know two people, let’s call them John A and John B.
Both are complete a$$holes. However John A is white but John B is black. If I say to anyone John A is an a$$hole, they agree and I know isn’t he. But, if I say the same about JohnB, half the people will call me a racist. Why?1 AnswerOther - Cultures & Groups2 months ago
As a white UK born white person , I am supposedly responsible for slavery even though it happened 200 years before I was born and my ancestors may not have even been in the country then.
So if I’m responsible, aren’t UK born blacks equally responsible?2 AnswersPolitics2 months ago
On the news today there were scenes of the shops being reopened in England. Most people were social distancing but a large group of black youths were pushing and shoving to get into a shop, presumably selling trendy trainers , risking corona virus.
Why did they not just get this stuff when they were looting at the BLM riot and stay safe?2 AnswersPolitics2 months ago
I live in Scotland but right near the Scottish / English border. My nearest supermarket is actually in England. If I go food shopping (as allowed by the SNP junta) , once I’m in England am I then under Boris law and can I go for a day out to the Lake District it coast ?6 AnswersOther - United Kingdom3 months ago
In the UK, any teenager getting a first car will get a small city car because petrol is expensive and insurance is often around £2000 for the first year .
From Q&A s here, I get the impression teenagers have SUVs, pick ups and even Mustangs and a Subaru WRX seems to be regarded as a college car. I had assumed insurance was even more expensive in the USA than UK due to law suits and high medical expenses.
So are these kids a minority with rich indulgent parents or do teenagers really have decent cars?14 AnswersBuying & Selling4 months ago
