set your feet - back foot parallel to the baseline, front foot at an angle.
point the gun - hold the ball against your racket, pointing the racket toward the ground, preferably leaning forward
chop off your toes - pull the racket head back, over your feet as if chopping off your toes and leaning back
scratch your back - raise your racket till it nearly (or does) touch your back near the middle, while raising your other arm to toss the ball up
pat the giraffe - hold your racket arm up high, fully outstretched to hit the ball as it floats back down
follow through - till the racket is again pointing toward the ground (preferably without hitting yourself although sometimes i do this hehe :)
p.s. keep your ball-tossing arm straight at the elbow when ball-tossing, makes it easier and more consistent
