When was the last time this happened in test cricket?

In both innings of the NZ-Pak test match, NZ lost a wicket before scoring their first run. In other words the opening partnerships of both innings were zero.

When was the last time this has happened to a team in a test match?

Additional Details

Thanks Sir Paddles, but today Guptill's wicket occured on the 4th ball of the innings, not the first.

I could find 18 occasions (including the latest NZ vs Pakistan match) when the same pair opened in the both the innings.
http://stats.cricinfo.com/ci/engine/stat…

And three more test matches when different pairs opened the innings for the same team
England against South Africa, 13 Feb 1896
http://www.cricinfo.com/ci/engine/match/…
England against Australia, 5 Mar 1904
http://www.cricinfo.com/ci/engine/match/…
Australia against South Africa, 31 Mar 2006
http://www.cricinfo.com/ci/engine/match/…

And there were a further 28 occasions, when opening pair from both side combined, had at least 2 zero run opening partnerships in a match

List of partnerships for the above two criteria (when 2 or more different pairs had 2 or more zero run opening stand)
