Top bowlers should know the techniques of top order batting in order to be an effective bowler, just in the same way as batsmen should know the ins and outs of top order bowlers. A wicket keeper needs to understand spin bowling as well as anyone, even though he may be hopeless at bowling himself. So it doesn't necessarily follow.

Commentators are like car without breaks. They can say anything to anyone anytime. chk this out, G Boycott said about afridi after 1st ODI against NZ at Ten sports that "hes one the best allrounder of the world cricket" .
do u notice that at same type of ball in same situation, u can listen two different comments, according to circumstances :D . as like, Ponting hits a six to Malinga in last overs at slow ball. Commentator .. "that was not a good choice to ball to ponting in these situations" and when he got out on same ball.. "what a cleaver piece of work by Malinga"
Commentators are biggest joke of cricket to me. They are ready to do any thing to save their jobs and make fake excitement in cricket.
