How can I get my abs stronger?

I'm a 13 yearr old girl and I have vollyball 3 days a week.
My coach said he wants us to do excersises to get our abs stronger
what types of exersizes should I do?

bicycle crunches, russian crunches with a 5lb weight. medicine ball exercises, 6 inches. get in position like you are doing a sit up, then pull yourself half way up to where you can fell it really pulling your abs. hold it for about one min. take a little break and do it about 10 more time. my team works on abs for about an hour during morning practice. abs are VERY important in volleyball.
