Is blood necessary to make a good wrestling match?

Blood is a good thing to have. It adds feeling to match, gives it SIZZLE. But, it's not absolutely necessary and people need to get over it. Let's look at the best matches of this year so far (90% of them include John Morrison). Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels, no blood. Rey Mysterio vs. John Morrison, no blood. ' Nuff said. It was fun watching Jeff Hardy getting busted open for real from CM Punk. Probably was too busy trafficking drugs to think about it.

Blood can add to a match but the majority of classic bring the house down wrestling matches have not had blood. Some have and that is fine but it is definitely not necessary. Just look at every classic wrestlemania match. Hulk Hogan v Andre the Giant, Hulk Hogan v Ultimate Warrior, Undertaker v Shawn Michaels. Undertaker and pretty much anyone.

Blood adds to a match, but if the match sucked before it's not going to improve the match a great deal. Would you rather watch Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Hornswoggle with blood, or Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho without blood. I think I would pick Michaels vs. Jericho

Not at all..Mickie James vs.Trish Stratus at Wrestlemania 22 was good..and they didn't need blood
