It's meaning in English would depend on the context it was said to you in.

Word for word it means

aon = one
focal = word
eile = other

It means "one other word?"

It doesn't really make sense though and I'm guessing that whoever wrote it meant to to write Éin focal eile? which means - Any other word? or Éin focail eile? which means any other words.

Éin and aon sound very similar in Irish, maybe that's why there's the confusion.

Best of luck
