HOW DO YOU TREAT your friend if they are..?
depressed?
My friend (who's a teen) is going through depression and i am really worried about him. He doesn't ever want to talk about it, and i don't blame him; soo how do i help him out or ever make him feel better? By the way he doesn't know i know...

Try to talk about the stuff he likes. For instance, if he likes football, then ask him about the last game his favorite team played. Try not to bore him and be careful not to show him that you are trying to help; depressed teens hate to be the centre of attention. Try to take him out to do some activities, such as cycling, walk or swimming. These activities will keep him busy and relaxed. Mention him the stuff you hate to do, by that you will gain his trust and sympathy and he will probably tell you what he hates. Once you know what he hates, you will try to avoid doing those things.
I hope these helps.

Give him hugs.
Talk to him about non related stuff, & you might slowly get into the topic of him being depressed.

I love my friends.

The best way is to just leave him alone. He will work out the problems by himself. If you pursue him, then you'll seem pushy and annoying.
