Why do I wake up sneezing with a runny nose every morning?

Question

I have sneezing fits and a runny nose for 3 hours or so after I wake up. Is it allergies?

Oh, I also have a cough some mornings too...

Probably. Do you sleep with a feather comforter or pillow? If so try not too. And don't let pets (cat/dog) in your bed.

yeah, same things happens to me, too. i take some benadryl cause the runny nose can cause coughing, and it sucks. then we're all good.

It could be dust mite allergies. Try washing all your bedding in hot water and tumble drying it.
