4x-10=x-1

x=3,y=2

so the point T is (3,2)

the equation of the line with gradient -2/3 that passes through point T is

y=-2/3(x-3)+2

y=-2/3x+2+2

y=-2/3x+4

3y=-2x+12

2x+3y-12=0

Answer:a=2 b=3 c=-12.

hope this helped.
