Why do people live in Hamilton?

Because it so close to everything 2 1/2hrs to the snow 40 minutes to raglan beach 1 hour to waihi beach 1 1/2 hrs to whangamata beach 1 hr to auckland, 2 hrs to taupo 1 1/2 hrs to rotorua 1 hr to tauranga its so central and it only takes 10 minutes to get from one side of hamilton to the other (off peak), and the night life is awesome...... Why wouldnt you live in hamilton?? and yes i do live in hamilton.

Hamilton is a sweet place, it has a rockin night life, the pay rates are up there with auckland but you get to live in a city where you can drive around easily, and is a stones throw to the snow and beaches, and they have the mighty mooloo's!!!

Some people don't know any better. I had the misfortune of 2 years there - thank Christ I escaped for summers - and it is the dump of NZ. The best thing about the Tron is that it's close to places that are more attractive, more interesting and with more to do.

Cheap beer, loose ladies and good times- and a university education at the end of it all! Also, best rugby pitch in NZ and the cows there know how to milk themselves(the last bit is true!)

I heard Hamilton chicks are promiscuous so that's a plus in any city for the fullaz. Any city where the sheilas like to f#@! is always good so yeah.
