I did. What shoddy fielding throughout the match from NZ, who are known to be one of the 'best' fielding teams. THOUGHTS?

Although that was not a brisk fifty but it ensured that Pakistan make a solid foundation after the earlier wobble and it was evident later on that he rotated the strike for big bashers to do their job. Even cricinfo termed his 50 better than Redmond's. And I can't remember the last time a Pakistani opener batted through so many overs holding one end intact. In the end, it was him who had the last laugh:)

I agree. NZ were unusually bad in the field today, and the field is where they are strong. I just think they need to get aclimatized to the location. Give them a chance and they will play some good cricket. Yes Latif's hundred was humorous. He played a slow and steady game. He wasnt exciting but he did his job.
