URGENT!!! really!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anybody knows an athlete with a lower leg and/or ankle injure?

I tore the ligaments in my ankle and lower leg 4 weeks before going to play squash nationals, a really good physio was the answer, he used electro therapy, acupuncture and normal massage etc, plus i used compressions socks to help support the injury. i managed to play this last week at nationals with our team actually winning the title!!! 2 to 3 weeks is the time frame to get back to 85% of your normal exercise routine.

i have problems in both my knees and ankles but i kept doing competitive gymnastics and i still go running on a regular basis. I quit gymnastics but i still have tons of problems from the sport. I wear braces on my knees and occasionally the ankle.

Shawn Johnson hurt he leg and was told she was done forever. But it was like her knee and she all so had trouble before Beijing.
