Willl Dementieva go back to world number 4 if she wins Toronto?

Really want to know but my computer wont let me view last years draws. I know Jankovic got out so im hoping she will regain number 4 position.

Yes, if Dementieva won Rogers, she probably will reach place No. 4., but she also will be very close to place No. 3...
