How about...

For good food and those who prepare it, for good friends with whom to share it, and for the love which [bride's name] and [groom's name] have for each other and which we celebrate today, we thank you Lord. Amen

Another one I read and loved...

For delicious food and wine to toast,
For the invitation from our gracious host;
For [bride's name] whom [groom's name] loves the most;
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost
Amen

You'll do great!! Good luck!!
