I know Ham and Turkey... But I go to my inlaws, so it will be dryer than dry and the sides are always wierd. I am a chef and I always ask to bring something. But they tell me to bring dessert. Which I hate to do because I'm not a baker.
So, If I do bring something nobody eats it. So I just bring a crappy dessert and they love it. Although this year I'm making a bunny cake with my daughter so That will be fun.

1st. Green & white linguine with a "sauce" made with aspagus, zucchini, artichoke and mushrooms.
2nd. Lamb - baked. Baked new potatoes
3rd. Orange salad.
I also make a dish called "corata". It's an Italian recipe I picked up some years back - it's cleaned and cut up into bite sized pieces lamb heart, liver, spleen, kidneys. Prepare in a large bowl, at the meats, a cup and a half of seasoned bread crumbs, a cup of grates aged peppered goat cheese, a table spoon of black pepper, half cup of olive oil and a glass of wine. Mix well and pour into a cast iron pan and place into a hot oven. Let cook until the top has gotten a good dark crust. This is an appetizer that goes well with bread and red wine.
