Any possible way to take out sounds on a song?

My singing group ordered a track for a song we are doing and there are these nasty telephone noises in it a couple times; anyway, we're wondering if there is any way using a computer or Apple to keep the track the way it is but take out the nasty telephone noises?

You need some serious eaditing gear for that, and too still keep the song sounding good. Google some editing programs if you really want to get rid of them, but if its not such a big deal, I would't bother with it.

I think so, but it would make the music more dull and muffled sounding. If there is a way, then I wouldn't know about it.
