You can use Spybot, - http://www.spybot.com/en/index.html, and Ad-Aware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/ , to try to see if they can get rid of the stuff. They are free malware, spyware and adware removal tools. I'm using them and they are very reliable.

1. Don't visit porn web site.
2. Don't use your USE Pen drive on a publicly accessable PC
3. Don't Update pirated copy of software directly on web

if you don't have a good anti-spyware; then delete all cookies and history ect every time before you log off./should get rid of almost all.

i do not recommend spybot search and destroy or ad-aware i have used both and moved on because of poor performance... i really recommend spywareblaster and spyware gaurd they are super effective at removing and blocking all spyware. and its a very small download and super easy.
