Nevada has less restrictions on issuing marrage licences, so a lot of marrage chapels are there. NJ may not be as flexable so they don't have a lot of them.
I hear it's easy to get married in Maryland (or "Marryland") I've hear several stories of couples in nothern states running off to get hitched there.
