Does a mac wired USB keyboard work with wii?

Question

I think a mac keyboard would look awesome with my wii, but I wanted to make sure it works with the menu, message board, internet channel, etc.?

also, will the keyboard work with PC if I ever need an extra keyboard for my windows XP PC?

The Mac keyboard works with the Wii just as long as you install the latest firmware (version 3.1) for the Wii. Any keyboard hooked up to the Wii will only work with the Internet Channel. http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/32039/t1…

A Mac keyboard will also work on a Windows PC (Windows 2000 and higher). A review on Amazon.com shows it does work with a Windows PC: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/custome… A Mac keyboard different than a standard PC keyboard. A couple features on the Mac keyboard you'd be giving up are: Windows button and Taskbar drop down button. You may not need those features anyways because you can just click the start button and you can right click on the taskbar to get the drop down menu.

If you update your Wii to version 3.1 then I'm sure it will work. It only work for the internet channel
