Physiologically speaking, it is best to run in the morning. That boosts your metabolism and energy for the whole day. Also, you should have an easier time since there isnt all the accumulated food from the day weighing you down and taking energy to digest which might cause you to be sluggish. It also burns more fat because your body isnt using the food you ate as energy. It's using the stored fat.

If you have a choice, run in the morning. Your body is rested and you'll be less prone to injury.
If you don't have an option and must run at night, go for it! The time of day you run in isn't so much a factor to your well-being as is CONSISTENCY.
